Who We Are
Reinventing Success CIC is a community-focused organization committed to supporting Black Asian Minority Ethnic Refugees (BAMER) women and young adults through education, health promotion, skills development, mentoring, and community integration.
Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools they need to improve their lives, access services, and become active members of their communities.

Why BAMER
Black Asian Minority Ethnic Refugees (BAMER) Communities, particularly women, continue to face significant disadvantages attributed to factors such as gender, immigration status, sexuality, race, social status, lack of employment opportunities, harmful practices, and stigmatised illnesses.
